I felt very comfortable and safe in her space and with her. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more relaxed. I am definitely a tense person and have a hard time relating, I’ve tried breathing techniques but somehow always feel more tense. She helped me learn how to breathe into my diaphragm instead of my chest, something I didn’t realize I was doing and was contributing so much to how tense I was.
