Pretty solid and efficient. She does custom designs too. Great for Halloween. I don't know why people are complaining about gels, they break off because of abuse, they only go on one way!!!! Everyone does the same way

Dana is the best. My gel nails last longer than anywhere else I’ve gotten my nails done. They are polite and professional. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and will keep coming!

It was my first time at Dana’s Nail Salon for a gel manicure. She is a nice lady; however, I don’t have positive comments about the quality of the job. Firstly, when I made my appointment, I asked about the price, but in the end, I was charged a lot more than what they had initially said. The manicure was terrible; I still have pain after 4 days, and all the skin around my nails is injured. I asked for a curvy nail and a French design, which looks like a terrible amateur job.

I have been to this salon a few times and have noticed that the customer service has been less than ideal during my previous visits, but this time it was particularly unpleasant. A friend and I went to Dana's for the first time to get regular manicures. The sign said walk-ins welcome and when we got there there was only one other customer in the store. My manicurist did a terrible, rushed job. She cut my nails so that some of the edges were rounded and some were squared, even on the same nail. She also filed them so carelessly that the ends were literally jagged. When she painted them, she started the polish too far down the nail so that only a few days later my manicure looked old. My friend wasn't happy with the job the woman working on her did either. The salon itself has big ugly signs all over saying things like "if you break a bottle of nail polish you have to pay for it" and "if you leave you are accepting your service, no refunds".
