First time there and will never go back. They had a back to school event Sunday 8/25/24. They had a list of hair styles the girls could get. That's not what I saw. One child for a full sew in. Another child for her hair died. Those were not on the list of styles. The other two girls I saw got there hair done and stated cleaning the bathroom. My child got nothing done. No communication saying they running behind nothing. My 12 year old and myself sat there for over 6 hours to get nothing done. The stylist that was supposed to do my daughter's hair looked at my daughter hair ( it's very thick and full) and pretty much brush us off. Mind you this is a back to school event. The day BEFORE SCHOOL. We left with my daughter hair in plats. So unprofessional. It's a free event for the kid

My barber is a very talented young man, he makes me look goo every time. The shop is always clean and a welcoming vibe every time I go.

Today was our first time in this establishment. It was really nice. My son enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation. He will be going back.

Best barbershop in Baltimore County, Aaron is a great barber!!! Been going here since it opened in Pikesville
