DAMN Esthetics

This was my first time going to a lash appointment for anything, and i got a lash lift. Dominique was incredibly kind and understanding that I was nervous she fully explained every step to me so it would ease any anxiety I might have had. Her office was clean and welcoming with beautiful decorations and everything was very orderly and sanitary. She double checked to make sure that I had no allergies or certain skin conditions or products that I used to make sure nothing would interact improperly. We had a wonderful chat during it and she asked for my consent to take photos and videos to which I said yes. I scheduled an appointment well ahead of time because I had an event upcoming the next day after my appointment. She calls me literally an hour before my appointment and cancels, on the basis she has jury duty. The lack of time management and professionalism is crazy to me. Why would you run a business like that? It’s one thing to be sick and cancel but it’s another to know you have another need and still put that as a time you are available to meet with clients is unprofessional. She inconvenienced me and was rude. I don’t want to come here. It takes ages to get a lash appointment and to have it canceled last minute when it could’ve been handled way ahead of time but because of her lack of priority and time management has costed me money and time. Do not go here.

I’ve been going to Dominque for 3 years now and I will not go somewhere else. She does an amazing job and has a great personality so super easy to talk to and let her know exactly what you want. Her studio is always clean and has cozy vibes. She is knowledgeable in all areas and answers any questions I have. She provides a variety of services and it makes it so easy!

Got my lashes done today for the first time and Dominque made it such a wonderful experience for me she is really great at what she does and she takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect and to your liking 10/10 would recommend 💕💕🫶🏼

Very professional and relaxing. Very welcoming and affordable. Have been going to get my waxes done for over 2 yrs now and will not change for anything or anyone! This is my #1 go to spot forever :) She is so amazing at what she does and makes you feel refreshed when done! She is the best!
