I had a major hair malfunction while on vacation. Went here to get a silk press, and I’m so glad I did. This was my first time getting a silk press and my first time at a salon in general. Everyone was very nice, and my hair came out soooo good in the end. They really turned my vacation around.

This was my first time at daylight duty spa and first impressions is that it’s a nice atmosphere but once I got in the chair, it was a different story. The young girl who installed my Boho Braids was very good very quiet, but couldn’t take instruction I was charged Extra for asking to have my hair a little full (my hair was freakishly full) but didn’t really understand that because the website says all styles except small and extra small. When I talked about my hair being too full, I was told that I can go in myself and cut some out. This is not very professional. Again, the young girl who did my braids did a good job, but I was not satisfied with customer service so far as the extra charges are concerned and a willingness to correct what the customer found was wrong.Consistency with their

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The ladies did an amazing job! We arrived around 10:30am and was done by 1:30pm for Med Knotless… very happy girlie!

BE AWARE… total waste of time and money was beyond disappointed. Don’t go there for your 2 strand twist with extension. Not only do they charge $200 for 10 inches braids, they simply don’t know how to do it. The braids were not knotless. I’m embarrassed to say that I got my hair professionally done and that I paid this much. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for 2 strand twist knotless braids

So here’s the deal, they do an AWESOME job with the Boho style but if you bring your own bundles for the curls DON’T give it to them all at once. The older lady who works there called “Auntie” STOLE my bundle and gave it to someone else as she was helping to separate them for the lady braiding my hair. I saw her and didn’t say a thing, just wanted my hair to be done. People can be spiteful if you complain so I didn’t say anything. I let God deal with thieves. I REPEAT WATCH YOUR BUNDLES. If you get your hair braided here WATCH your bundles!!! Don’t give them all at once because you won’t be able to keep track as they are being separated to add in your hair….
