She is very thoughtful and communicative throughout the whole process, and was continuously checking in with me to see how I was feeling about my haircut through every step of the way. Unlike many hairdressers who do what they think is best for your hair without clear communication, Tracey did an excellent job of listening and delivering exactly what I asked for. I came in with very long, flat, bleach damaged hair, and left with completely transformed beautiful, bouncy, healthy hair! Such an amazing experience I cannot recommend Tracey enough!!
