Dakar Hair Braiding

Mariam is great. However I don't like her other workers. The first 2 times she did my hair it was great. The third time I got bald spots but she was able to cover it up. The 4th time she had one of her other workers do my hair. I tipped the worker $10 because I was late to my appointment. The next day 8 of my crochet came out. The braids are lifting up in the front. And the braids are coming undone in the back. Mariam refuses to match a time with me for it to be fixed. She doesn't answer my calls. And will give me a refund or anything for the mistake her worker did. Mention that the style was $130. It's sad how these shops have workers who don't know what they are doing

Good at braiding I've had my hair done for about a week and it is still very tight. But when it come to your natural texture hair they will over charge and she told me to pay $200 for box braids then once she got finished it wasn't even the $200 length yeah so when I go back and get my hair done again I'm going to tell her if I'm going to pay a arm and a leg then can it at least be the length that I'm paying for and not because my hair is too thick. Overall the experience was good.

Mariam is amazing so gentle, patient, quick, thorough and more. I experienced no pain at all and my hair looked beautiful when she was done. She was even able to get the short hair in the back. Also all the other stylist were very clean, neat,and nice. I will definitely be back :)

I found this place, through a coworker. I love the environment the young woman braiding my hair was on time. With the pandemic I loved it wasn't people laying all over the couches. People that was getting their, hair braided were seated. They all was about work, I loved every minute my hair turned out perfect I'll definitely be making this my home shop.

Was there a week ago and she did a good job. Only took an hour.
