Been going here for years and i definitely noticed they put perm in the shampoo or conditioner if not both now I went for a wash and set. Got my hair wet and you can smell the rotten egg smell that perms give and my hair is all natural … Stop going to them especially if you have natural hair they’re ruining our hair. Not only that when they trim your ends they give you a hair cut instead of a trim last lady laughed as she was cutting my hair 12/31/25… after waiting to get my hair pressed after 3 hours and they kept putting other people in the seat before me knowing my hair was washed within 20mins of me arriving to the salon very unprofessional. STOP GOING TO DAISY’S IF YOU DON’T PUT PERM OR OTHER CHEMICALS IN YOUR HAIR AND WANT PROFESSIONALISM!!!

Been coming here for years and recently I’ve noticed a change. They definitely put chemicals in your hair. Washed my hair after wearing my blow out and you can smell the chemicals. My once healthy and curly hair is now stringy and damaged smh Will not be returning.

I’ve been growing my hair on my hair since 2022 and it’s been healthy and lovely until I came here September 2025. They “trimmed” my hair basically giving me a bob when my hair was bra strap length and my CURLS ? DAMAGED 💔. I never had heat damage until after visiting and it hurts bc I trusted them. I even came with my own hair shampoo and conditioner to avoid using any chemical products they have. I’m just very disappointed and no longer trust ANYONE to do my hair. The first image is my hair in 2024 when I first straighten it after a while. Next is 2025 when she “trimmed” my hair taking off SO MUCH. Next set of images is my curls in summer 2024 Next you can CLEARLY see the damage and that was taken October 2025 .. I’m PISSED. I don’t even take pics of my curls no more.

But what makes this place truly special is that it’s so much more than a salon. Daisy and her team treat me like family. They care about me, they care about my hair, and I always feel safe

Customer service is trash. I don’t get how daisy doesn’t speak English well or understands . I asked for my ends to be clipped she gave me old lady mullet and stated she didn’t understand if i wanted my hair even or not .
