In town for work- had to get my acrylics off and they took me right in. Very Clean Salon- looks like they just upgraded all of their pedicure chairs and nail statins. JT was so nice- everyone was smiling and kind. Thank you!
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is awful. Because they did not want to accommodate my 90 year-old mother in a wheelchair they blocked my calls so I could not make an appointment. This was unprofessional and very passive aggressive. I walked in and they said I could just go down to another nail salon. We never gave them any trouble and they did my mom‘s nails a few times, but I guess they decided they didn’t want to put in the effort anymore. Extremely unprofessional and very disheartening that they would not help out somebody just because it might have been a little more work for them. Please do not support this establishment
Cute little nail shop. They have a nice selection of polish colors. I just get regular manicures and pedicures, so I don’t know how their other services are, but I’ve been happy with them the three or four times I’ve been there. The staff is very friendly. They do take walk-ins, but I would make an appointment if you can. They get fairly busy. They have a lot of people working, but they take their appointments first obviously.
Not only were they out of the first two colors I chose, but I’m almost positive they accidentally used a gel base coat instead of a top coat. My nails are dull and not shiny at all, they feel weird, and if you look at them from a certain angle you can see a weird film on them. I noticed immediately when I got to my car a few hours ago, but I had somewhere to be and couldn’t go back in. I also got a gel pedicure and when I got home and looked at it you can see that they didn’t get all of my last gel polish off. I got a beige color but there’s a lot of spots of purple leftover from last month. It’s definitely disappointing. I’ve been going here since 2017 and the service has gone downhill lately. When you spend $85 and feel embarrassed about how your nails and toenails look- the same day you
Have been coming here for the past five years, love Sandy and all of the staff. Very clean recently updated massage chairs and nail stations. I usually have a fill and gel manicure. Prices very competitive.
