My experience was horrible it was a long wait the prices were not made clear before service & The nail tech overdone it with my cuticles two of my fingers are bleeding I'm a diabetic

Horrible service, powder applied on the cuticles, no shaping. If I would give a zero star if it was possible. The lady was so much in a hurry even after pointing out mistakes she didn’t care. I never tipped

Hannah the shop owner has been doing my pedicures since 2016 and my nails since 2021. Recently I went in for my monthly appointment and the gel on 2 of my nails started coming off after a couple days. I called to see if I could have those 2 nails fixed before her first appointment arrived for the day. She very adamant I could not come but I could come later in the day. Normally that's fine but my schedule was busy that day. So I came the next week. I always make an appointment but 90% of the time I have to wait for her to finish up another customer and it's never a problem. But the one time a customer may or may not have to wait while she fix my nails it's a problem. The ladies were so nice, I went in with my 4 month old and she started crying in the middle of my mani, I breastfed her but then of course she was tired and cranky. The lady who was doing my nails took her and bounced her around while another came to finish me. They were so nice and understanding and they did a great job. Went the day before for my pedi (no baby). Definitely still go there anytime I'm in Fort Worth.
