Went here a few days ago and noticed that the owner seemed fishy but also her policy to using debit cards. It’s illegal to use a card minimum because ur being charged as a merchant. As a consumer, that ain’t my problem peculiarly when I’m using debit and not credit! She got mad too when I didn’t want to buy a over priced product from her because I said politely that I can get it better priced and the exact color I want she tried to tell me I can only buy it from her and no one else because everyone sells fake products//// I immediately left and now need to share this embarrassing time coming from the owner side. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money being scammed to pay her merchant bills

I recently visited this location to purchase hair extensions. One of the employees matched the hair for me, and at no point was I told the sale was final. This was my first time buying extensions, so I trusted their guidance. When I returned a few days later hoping to exchange them for a better match, I was told they could not be exchanged. I explained that I was never informed of any “final sale” policy, but instead of trying to help, another employee—who wasn’t even the one assisting me originally—became extremely disrespectful. She inserted herself into the conversation, spoke down to me, and laughed when I asked for her name so I could speak with a manager. She even encouraged the other employee not to tell me her name. I've worn wigs for many years, and went to this store to purchase a new wig and get a new style. Before trying on wigs, I was told by a salesperson that I was allowed to try on only a maximum of 3 wigs. I explained that I may need to try on more wigs in order to find the right look for me. I also explained this to the store manager also, but was told this was their policy. I left the store not giving them my business. Very poor policy and customer service.
