Da-Vi Nails

Lyn ows eyebrows good but only 2 people in there so good the rest are horrible. Wait time is ridiculous they are cheap that's the only upside to this place. Regular customer get discount if you pop in and out they raise the prices wait time is over 2 hours if you don't have appt just go across the street way better and faster and nails last longer....this place is a disgrace

My nails are completely ruined. Acrylic nails are too bunky. She was watching a movie on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails. She didn't even want to shape my nails.I had to ask her to fix it because all she did was cut it and set the acrylic on top. With my pedicure , the other tech cut my toenails way too short. She turned the tub on the nozzle started spraying all over me and the chair next to me. I'm calling for her and she says she didn't hear me. We were the only ones in there. They had just opened. I. Was supposed to have got a hot Stone Massage and the stones wasn't even warm. She asked was it hot and I told her it's barely warm do you have others and she said okay. This shop used to be so good. Ever since Covid the service is rushed and the work doesn’t last past a week and a half. I pay the price given and tip every time. The past few times my nails have come off like they are press ons by me just sitting in my tub or me just walking around. It’s almost as though it’s intentionally not being put on to last anymore so we can come back sooner. I’ve never had this issue with any other place but this one. I’ve paid $150 for nails and even after 3.5 weeks there is no lifting and the nails are durable so I’m very aware of how quality nails should be, I’m also not one to complain because I understand that customer service can be a hard job within its self, Hopefully they can improve this for everyone else, I personally won’t be returning.

rushed to do my nails, had bubbles all in them and pieces of hair in between coats, kept leaving from doing my nails to tend to do other services for people, the woman and man started talking and laughing when I asked for them to fix my nails because they were not filed on the sides and were way too wide and got aggravated and told me next time I need to know what I want before coming in. My toe nail was hurting so bad by the second day I looked at it and it was so thick had lumps of acrylic under my actual toe nail. Worst 90 dollars I ever spent.

Getting to be a place you don't want to go back to !!! Saw a women pay for her time there to get things done. Then it turned into an Argument stating she didn't pay. It got Loud before it was settled. Then EVERYTIME I turned around, even to just help me move from one station to the next, all of 30 seconds, there was a Hand reaching out for a Tip !!! I paid out almost the same for the cost of the service in Tips. Service without a smile also !!!
