D' Nails Lounge

I went to this place by recommendation and apparently got “lucky” to get the worse esthetician that they have. Her name is Vanessa. She did a terrible job with my pedicure. I don’t know where she got her license but looks like she doesn’t know anything about anatomy and the structure of the nail and how it should grow. She cut the corners of my big toenail and it’s supposed to be squared. Also applying the polish very sloppy, leaving marks on my skin and cuticles. just overall terrible terrible job. Looks like this place has some really good reviews and some really good technicians, but this person should not work there. Period.

I tried out this salon a few years ago and was so happy with my experience!! They are extremely clean, the staff are all so sweet and they always make sure you’re taken care of!! Make sure you book Connie, she is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had in my life! She pays attention to the small details and makes sure everything is perfect. She’s very kind, professional and extremely helpful with picking colors and designs!! She also always works with me around my busy schedule. I’m extremely satisfied with D nail lounge as an salon and Connie as my tech!

Connie is amazing and a miracle worker for hands! She’s so detailed, her work is always flawless, and she’s an absolute pleasure to chat with. Half the time, I don’t even know what color I want, and she’s always so patient and helpful to help me find the exact color. Highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed.

This place was more terrible than you’d expect a nail salon could be. Just watch how they attack and gaslight anyone writing a bad review. My technician almost made it a point of being rude to me and when I complained to the lady in the front desk she laughed in my face. Then manager managed to be the rudest of them all. It’s like they all gang up against the complaining customer. They also gave me the wrong change for my gift card then wrote me threatening texts to bring them back the money!! without even asking me politely first. Disgusting.

Alis did a great job with my winter themed nails, near perfect design! The only critique I have is that the place didn’t look as clean as I had hoped, but not dirty by any means
