I come here all the time for waxing, threading, and facial services - and am always happy with the service. BUT this day I got acrylic nails for the first time.. I felt something was off when I put my hands under the nail lamp and my fingers were hurting A LOT. Afterwards, I noticed one finger was bleeding a bit but assumed it wasn't a big deal cause I've gotten nicked during regular manicures before. However, this photo is taken the next day.. and it's obvious that ALL my cuticles are VERY cut up/sanded down and it's starting to scab. This is a photo of just one hand, but all 10 fingers are like this. My fingers hurt when the skin stretches from any regular movement (I type a lot for work), and I'm just REALLY REALLY hoping it doesn't get infected. I'm going to try removing it myself o

I have been coming to this place for years, the service is not bad but it does depend on the person working. They do a decent job and usually satisfied. However, after going there the past two times I am very disappointed with the service. The tech working their named Siru ( not sure how its spelled) really ruined my experience. She was working with a client who she provided various services and one of which was waxing of underarm and once done she moved to me and so i asked her if she could wash her hands before starting with me. I have sensitive skin and also it’s disgusting and unhygienic to move from customer to customer especially after waxing without washing. Its okay that she didn’t do it before i asked because maybe not a lot of people ask; however when I asked her she had an attit
