D & J Nail Salon

Absolutely the worst nail salon experience I’ve had. She tried to be quick and was very sloppy so I asked if she could take them off- she ruined my nails doing so. My daughter wanted a cute polka dot design and because she didn’t want shellac, I think she purposely made them look awful. I’ll attach photos of what my nails looked like leaving & my daughters. I’d avoid this nail salon.

Very bad service . Felt very rushed and she did very bad on my nails . She didn’t file them , shape them or make ANY of my nails even mind you I only asked for gel over my regular nails (not to much to ask for) I did a pretty simple design. I called for refund and she said absolutely not , come back and we will fix it . No thank you , she already acted as if she didn’t ruin them the first time .. very rude and is you go in there while they are busy , RUN out you will not get what you paid for simply because they arnt taking their time to do the job properly.

I was out of town and decided to try this salon out & I was sooo happy I did!! I received the best experience a girl could ask for!! Amazing pedicure in massage chair, an amazing massage with my shellac pedicure! My full set nails turned out better than I could've imagined! Great conversation, amazing women, fantastic work definitely would recommend!! So glad the Universe brought us together today 💞🥰

DO NOT go to D&J Nail Salon in Cedar Springs for acrylic removal. She PRIED OFF my acrylics by trimming them and wedging another acrylic underneath until they snapped off, did two swipes of a file and two swipes of a buffer, and put oil. Whatever acrylic was left was dremmeled until my nail beds burned. There is STILL acrylic left on my nails too. The photos don’t do justice to the condition of my nails. They are gritty, uneven, and rough. Very upset with the (lack of) service I was provided.
