Not exactly... The best experience. I have rough, wiry hair, and the woman working at the time kept going on about how bad it was. As in, I mentioned cutting it short and there was an outright "No." I had to ask to wash and blow dry it. I hadn't had it cut in months, so I was looking pretty shaggy but she kept talking about how bad my hair was. Like, how rough and thick. That was about it, all she talked about. It was just a little upsetting.

very expensive for a short haircut. no blow dry, no style, just a regular haircut... $ 45

Went in got what I needed the person that waited on me was nice.
