D-Fine Mind & Body Wellness

Absolutely love D-Fine. I currently go for the POD session with High Heat and Strong massage to my back and legs. It’s a 25 minute session. The heat is not too hot and a nice warmth. There’s also fans around your face to keep you cool. They also provide meditation music to really help you relax and escape from reality. The staff is very professional and it’s always a quick in and out service. Highly recommend! 😊

Amazing staff. They are informative and knowledgable. I tried the 3 week program consisting of pod and red light spot treatment and achieved amazing results. I also tried the fire and ice contrast therapy which was a sauna to cold plunge. I did not know what to expect and I loved it. Looking forward to investing in more self care with D-Fine.

This is such a calming experience. Waiting to see how the red light sessions turn out. So far so good.the process makes sense. Glad you emphasize protein. I never paid attention to that. Good advice. Just add hooks in the waiting room for our coats, etc so we’re not carrying our stuff around. I would recommend.

I have been going to Dfine for just over 6 weeks and so far my experience has been great! All of the staff is welcoming and helpful. The red light service is calming and it’s helped my sore muscles. I have done a few POD sessions which I’ve also enjoyed- I get up feeling energized. I have yet to do the hot/cold plunge but hoping to build it into my future sessions.

Ambiance was lovely, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and It had a soothing smell 😌. This is my first time doing the red light therapy. I will update on my progress.
