I have no problem with people speaking another language but when you offer a service, learn how to communicate with your customer. When your customer wants a trim and you shave their head, that is not good! I will definitely not be recommending or returning!

Recently moved from out-of-state and had to find someone new to cut my hair after doing to the same person for over 35 years. This was my first visit and I was VERY impressed. Reasonably priced, especially when you consider the "extra" services I was provided that I didn't realize would come with my cut+beard trim such as hot towel shave and shoulder/neck massage. Definitely plan on all my future cuts here.

Been going to Franklins for over a year and every cut is amazing. He takes his time to make sure that everything is done right, clean, and sharp. I’m terrible at describing what style I want but somehow Franklin always manages to hit the nail on the head. He is by far the best barber in the Lehigh valley. Also, the hot towel wrap is the cherry on top.
