D and D Hair Designs & Day Spa

I have gone to D&D for my highlights and cuts. I have had the opportunity for both Denise and Debbie to work on my hair. I was happy with the results each time. Today I had the opportunity to get my nails done by Jaznae. She was so sweet and kind. She took the time to talk to me about my nails and what I wanted. I will definitely start coming here for my nail needs, as well as my hair needs!

Made touch up and cut appointment as first time client. Received call in afternoon to change me to another day. I accepted but was hesitant on showing up. I told Cindy what I wanted, showed picture of myself and gave the formula that was being used. She listened and got color right but from there it went downhill. She was cutting it wrong along with trying to blow it out was horrible. I told her to stop blowing it, check it was even. Nasty response from her “I already did that”. At that point I took off cape and truly didn’t want to pay but color was correct. I paid the bill and gave her the worst tip ever. Called salon spoke to owner only to get appointment 5 weeks out. Asked to have cut fixed, 2 weeks. I will never return nor recommend this place.

Kim did a cut and highlight for me today and she did such an absolutely wonderful job. It was my first time going to D & D. I had very long hair and was nervous about going somewhere new for a drastic change but I couldn’t be happier. The salon is beautiful, the people are friendly and I’m looking forward to getting in there regularly. Highly recommend! Ask for Kim, she’s fantastic!!

I’m only giving one star because I had left there crying. The stylist was extremely unprofessional. She cursed a lot. She never even looked at my hair dry. Just shampooed me. When I told her it was completely uneven and there was a legit chunk missing she said “it’s fine trust me. It’s the lighting”. I will NEVER go back. The owner was kind enough to offer to fix my hair but all I wanted was a refund. She said she doesn’t do refunds. I’ve talked to a few others that went to that stylist as well. She might be better off with out her 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a great experience today! Denise cut my hair, and I LOVE it! She also did a wonderful job with my eyebrow and lip wax!! Thanks Denise!!! I'll be back for sure!!!
