I went in for a color, and the service I received was the best I’ve ever had. Everybody there was very sociable, kind, relatable, and treats you like you’re special! The shampoo bowl had a massage chair and you don’t get the typical shampoo bowl neck breaking discomfort. Alex was very courteous towards my boundaries and everybody worked really well together for a treatment plan for me, keeping my daily lifestyle in mind. 10/10 would recommend! I will be coming here from now on

I’ve been getting my hair done with Evelin at Celia’s Salon for more than a year, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and she always offers thoughtful recommendations that make a real difference in the final result. I also love that she speaks both English and Spanish—just like me—which makes communication effortless and comfortable. The new Celia’s Salon location at Westbard Square in Bethesda is beautiful, and the convenient free parking right by the door is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly listens and consistently delivers great work, Evelin is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Celia has been cutting/styling my children's hair for years. She has always taken the time to consult with the child what they would like to have done with their hair. I could not recommend her or her colleagues more. Her salon is reasonably priced and an easy to get to location.

Please read and beware! I’m new to the area and decided to try this salon after doing extensive research. When I called to book my appointment, I was told that the owner would be taking me. Naturally, I reviewed her work, as most clients do—especially when trying a new stylist. I even arranged my schedule and took a day off work to accommodate the appointment. My appointment was set for 2:00 PM, which gave the salon plenty of time to notify me of any changes not to mention they had many days to know of this appointment. Instead, I arrived to find that no one had informed me, and a stylist I had never met approached me saying I was booked with him!
