I’ve been coming to Cynthia’s Natural Locs & More for a while now, and every time I leave feeling so confident and refreshed. My most recent visit was for a retwist and style, and I honestly loved how my hair turned out. Cynthia took her time, made sure my parts were clean, my scalp was comfortable, and the end result looked amazing. She really knows what she’s doing, you can tell she’s been in this industry for years. She explained what products she was using, made sure nothing irritated my scalp, and even gave me tips on how to maintain my hair in between visits. SCAM!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO CYNTHIA! Pictures included & in depth experience. To try and sum up my bad experience, I was scammed, Cynthia has terrible customer service, lack of accountability, & made many excuses as to why the service she advertised & I paid for was not provided to me. Out of $275 I only received a partial refund of $50. I still have to go to & pay another hair technician to fix my hair. Hopefully if you decide to go her, you will have a better experience.
