First time I went the experience was good. The stylist did a good job. My only complaint for this visit was when I asked for my hair to be put into a bun, she seemed a little annoyed. She started to talk in her native language about what I requested with the other stylists. I asked if there was a problem, she said no when clearly it was. My second time was yesterday with a different stylist. This time I asked if she could put my hair in a ponytail. She acted as if she didn't hear me, so I repeated it. She started talking in her language which annoyed me because I'm a paying customer and feel if you have a problem with my request discuss it with me not your co-worker. When she was done, she started to pull my hair in the ponytail. I kindly told her no. It seems like it's a crime to ask a s

I absolutely LOVE Ms. Cynthia's work! I receive daily compliments which is wonderful. I also bring my daughter here to get her hair done and she always comes out looking like a diva!. The salon is bright, clean, and spacious. Ms. Cynthia is fantastic! She is professional, personable, and overall a beautiful person to do business with. She is incredibly talented and the ONLY salon I trust to do my hair.

I went here looking to get knotless braids. First of all the braids aren't knotless they're box braids. Secondly the parts are undefined looking like it was parted with her fingers. She made the parts large and the braids medium sized. The braider was the owners "sister". When I came home and was able to really look at my hair I wanted to cry. I paid good money for this and it is not even what I asked her. I will not return and do not recommend!
