Cyndy Hairbraiding

This was a complete waste of $330. This isn’t my first time (4th) but for sure my last. I’ve never been so pissed off, there’s clumps of jam on every braid that I’ve been trying to wipe off but been unsuccessful. I leave for vacation tomorrow and hate my hair. The braids are extremely small but the parts are extremely big (only took 2 hours and 30 mins🤔) I drove 50 minutes to come here when there’s several braiding shops along the way. Had I’d of known this was the look they were going for i could’ve tried another shop, I don’t think it could’ve been worse. 😡😡😡😡

I have been to this braiding shop over 5 times. I am always overly pleased with the service & professionalism. I’ve always left loving my hair. Every single time! I recommend ANYONE to come to Cyndys Hair Braiding. I had my Bora Bora braids in for over 3 months & the hair they used was amazing! It didn’t shed or tangle. Easy to brush & maintain! I love Cyndys Hair Braiding!

I want to share my honest feedback because I’ve been a loyal client at Cindy’s for over 2 years. I’ve continued coming because the quality of work used to be consistently excellent. Unfortunately, over my last three visits, both the customer service and quality have significantly declined, and it’s been extremely disappointing. On my first recent visit, I was told by the team that it was fine to park across the street. I followed their direction, only to have my car towed. When I brought this up, there was no accountability—just confusion and dismissive responses, which was frustrating and costly. On my second-to-last visit, while getting my hair done, I attempted to purchase hair products. I was told I couldn’t because the manager had left, even though the salon was still open. Refusing

I’ve been to this braiding shop three times after finding them on Instagram. The first visit was the best, which is why I returned. The second time, the style and color weren’t what I asked for, but I let it slide. This last visit was disappointing. The parting is uneven, and my middle part isn’t straight. For the price, you can find better quality elsewhere. It feels like I’m settling just to have my hair done. Looking at other reviews, it seems like consistency and quality are ongoing issues. What they post on Instagram doesn’t reflect the actual customer experience. I paid $250 for this boho bob style. Not the worst pricing & they did my hair rather quickly - but it also looks like it. NOPE! Likes- gave me a discount because I brought my own curly hair. DISLIKES - middle part crooked, shop was loud and they were dancing, braids on side are oddly angled, some of my curly hair is sits under the braids Instead of on top! They did NOT go back and trim the top ends of the curly hair! I got home and looked through my hair and saw all the little pieces sticking up! I emailed them my issues and they told me to come back to get it fixed. Mind you I’m an hour away and I would have had to use more gas to go back-and-forth. I said I will return, but I did want some type of refund at least $20 because I would have to leave work and use extra gas. They kept telling me they will fix it, but will not give me any type of refund. I don’t think that is good customer service because peop
