I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at Cyber Nails & Spa in Pembroke Pines was extremely disappointing. I paid for a full set and my polish started chipping just two days after the service, which should never happen with brand new nails. I went back to have it repaired, thinking they would stand behind their work. The repair chipped again the very next day. When I returned to show them the issue, instead of fixing it properly they told me I would have to pay another fee to repair the same nail again. Charging a customer multiple times for the same problem caused by poor workmanship is completely unacceptable. Professional nail services are supposed to last weeks, not a couple of days.Due to the refusal to take responsibility, this was a waste of money and time. Do yourself a

Even when I bring her inspiration from someone else’s work, she always makes it her own and delivers something unique and beautiful every time. I absolutely love going to Timmy for my nails! He is so talented and truly cares about his clients. Every time I sit in his chair, I know I’m going to leave feeling more confident and happy with my nails. He takes his time to make sure every detail is perfect, and you can tell he really has a passion for what he does. Not only do my nails look beautiful, but they last! I get compliments on them all the time. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better nail tech, and I’m so grateful I found him. Highly recommend!

This is the only nail place I come to when I want my nails done, my nails always come out how I want them. The nail techs here actually listen to what you want, and are very professional & give great service. I will admit the prices are a bit higher than other places but it’s for a reason & worth it. Great service always & I always leave with a perfect set. . I only make my appointments with Mr.Cee he is the best & fast but I have tried other techs there when he was fully booked & they were great too. 10/10 would recommend!
