CVS

I came here to get film developed. I had a 35mm roll with 36 shots. I received photos in 4x6 print and also a CD for digital copies. I paid roughly $18 for it all and it took 3 weeks to get it back. 3 stars because theres faster places to receive film back and because i never received a phone call or text or email notifying me that it was ready. I had to call in and check myself. Photos turned out great, some were developed poorly, but thats to be expected at a place like this instead of sending it in to a more expensive lab. Last photo shows over saturation and this showed on a few other (not pictured) photos.

I love the coupon deals that you can get off the CVS website. I bought mix tiles and I got a amazing price with their photo deals and they look so good on our wall. We just had an open house for our new house and we got so many compliments.

Pharmacy staff did not acknowledge me as I stood there waiting. I was the only customer in the area. None of them were on the phone and there was no one in the drive-through. When the kid finally came to help me, I questioned why I had to get Sudafed from behind the counter. He was very mealy mouth and didn’t explain anything despite my asking several times and stating I have never had to show an ID or ask for it from behind the counter. When I got up to the regular counter after I paid for the first box of Sudafed the cashier up there explained that I had the wrong one. I was supposed to get the over the counter version. I had no idea there were two different types or that one was controlled because I have never run into this before. So, I walked back to the pharmacy to return the first b

The self check registers DO NOT WORK properly. Took my coupon and did not subtract from price. Only one poor woman behind the register has to continuously come out and reboot. Line was six deep and no help. Where is the manager? Avoid this store

I normally don't get my prescriptions here, but my pharmacy was closed today and this was the next closest one. The pharmacy tech at the drive thru line was so rude. Didn’t greet me or say anything as I pulled up to the window, had a scowl on her face, and just yelled loudly “I CAN’T HEAR YOU” when I spoke. Like come on, if you’re going to act like that then don’t work with customers. This isn’t my first negative experience with the pharmacy staff here.
