I sprung my ankle, hobbled in and asked an employee stocking in the isle next to the ace bandages to help me and she acted like it was the most annoying thing I could do. She did point out what I could clearly see but the ones on the bottom I couldn’t get down to look at bc my injury and she was not going to do that so I got down on my hands and knees found what I originally asked about (that she said they don’t have but they did have if she’d have looked) The cashier was friendly though. I won’t be coming back unless absolutely necessary and definitely don’t feel welcome asking employees here for help…

Lady at the front desk was very kind, some of the staff in the pharmacy are kind, but whoever I just spoke to on the phone really needs to brush up on some professional and kind customer service.

Pharmacy totally disrespectful, eye rolling snappy. To senior resident. To Owner : If you are truly concern in your apologies do something about it because every responded keep making excuses for your for there actions is aesthetically. How you treat your customers it is sad.

WORST customer service ever. RACIST MANAGER! Manager is rude towards customers accusing of stealing when using coupons. Confronted my mom calling her a thief in front of the customers just bc she was using coupons. Such an embarrassing experience. Not the first time she comes with her crappy attitude and face expression. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Why even bother to work in customer services.

Received vaccinations at my CVS. Easy and convenient to check in and receive the shots.
