Although I live just a few miles from their location, I was unable to pick up my prescription. I called and paid for delivery. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday. It arrived IN MY MAILBOX, which I have to drive to, ON TUESDAY. Iwas not even told to go to my mailbox to get it.

Disappointed with Inconvenient Hours My mom visited the pharmacy at 7:30 PM to pick up her medicine, only to find it closed. This is extremely inconvenient, especially for seniors and the elderly who rely on timely access to their medications. It's frustrating to see such essential services not accommodating the needs of their community. Please consider updating your hours to better serve your customers.

I had an outstanding experience at CVS thanks to Libby, who truly went above and beyond to help me. Although my medication had not been processed or pushed through the system, Libby took the initiative to resolve the issue quickly and made sure I received the medication I needed while in pain. Her warm smile and genuine care instantly brightened my day. It's clear she’s passionate about her work and dedicated to helping others. In a world where great customer service can be rare, Libby stands out as a shining example. I highly recommend this CVS location to anyone in the area. I only come here for my prescriptions and i will never change pharmacies, i live all the people they r so helpful and never make u feel uncomfortable or judged

Came through drive through to pick up a prescription. I was the last car in line near closing. I got to the window and it was 6:01. The person looked at me and then closed the window and locked up. Didn’t even tell me anything just locked up. Why not just get me my prescription and be done with it?? I will no long we be using this cvs. I will be sending this and all future prescription somewhere else. Horrible service!
