Pharmacy staff extremely rude; will never go back! Very sad, because the young PA did his job and was super freindly. I havent been to CVS in a while, decided to give it another try. The clerk at the front was super freindly as well. Its like the pharmacy people think they are superior and ruin it for those who do there job well. We can go anywhere for prescriptions, now, I would think that customer service is important throughout the whole company.

CVS is always clean and well-organized, which makes it easy to find what I need. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great place to stop by if you need something in a pinch — they always seem to have the essentials covered. That said, prices can be a bit high if you shop here for everyday needs, so I usually reserve it for quick or urgent purchases. Overall, a reliable and convenient spot when you need it most!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS 3009 pharmacy recently. The pharmacy technician, Mei, was incredibly rude from the outset. She did not offer a consultation when processing my medication. When I specifically asked for one, the pharmacist (RPh), a bald white man, was equally, if not more, rude and refused to provide any consultation. He was highly condescending, scolding me, and clearly did not wish to assist. He even rolled his eyes and displayed aggressive behavior. To make matters worse, Mei did not inform me about the medications I was receiving and simply charged me. When I requested a refund due to the lack of consultation and poor service, it was flat-out refused. They also told us that we were holding up the line, an it had only been 3 minutes. The young girl helping me was very polite. She told me should could not sell me my Claritin D without a drivers license. I told her I have a passport and she said that wouldn’t work. I asked her what happened if they didn’t have a drivers license. I wasn’t rude I was honestly curious. The pharmacist spoke up from the back and said, “It’s not the end of the world. If you don’t have a drivers license you don’t get it.” First of all I wasn’t speaking to him and I was not yelling or speaking rudely to pharmacy tech to where he needed to intervene on her behalf. Apparently it’s unacceptable to ask questions here. I would’ve given a lower score but the pharmacy tech was nice and helpful.
