CVS

I just want to start by saying, I am a super patient and understanding person. I definitely don't expect perfection from any business. I don't like to leave negative reviews. But this particular pharmacy has repeatedly caused the exact same issue, so I feel compelled to say something to warn others. Multiple times, they've claimed that they "have not received a prescription" from the prescribing doctor's office. On one of the occasions, I had the doctor's office send the prescription THREE times. When they still claimed they never received it, I had it moved to another pharmacy in town, at which point there was another issue, because the other pharmacy then had to have CVS "release" the prescription to the new pharmacy. I always have a positive experience at this CVS location. The store is always clean and well-kept, which makes shopping pleasant. I can easily find what I'm looking for because the items on the shelves are consistently well-stocked. The employees are friendly and greet me every time I visit. I also appreciate that I never have any issues using my coupons when checking out.

Never had a genuine problem. Been so kind to me even on rough days. The only issue i have had are not because of the staff or cvs themselves.

Has to be the slowest pharmacy location in the company. They have one speed. No matter how many people are in line or drive thru.

Poor customer service. At least it was clean. Not sure if they just don’t carry what I was looking for or if it’s there but I can’t find it because staff wasn’t available to help me find it. UPDATE - downgraded to one star because they never have my medication in stock. I always give myself over a week or more to update prescription etc and still find myself scrambling to get meds before I completely run out. It usually a massive headache trying to get it transferred somewhere else. Like can we at least do a partial fill? Without this med I or my baby could die.
