Love CVS. Great customer service alwats. Somone welcomes you when you come in and says have a great day when you leave. The store is always very clean. Easy ro find what you were quickly. Coupons are always great. Prices are a bit high sometimes but the coupons make up for it!!! Great experience.

CVS in Lancaster is great! Have been to the pharmacy here a few times and it is always easy to get in and out. Have never had an issue with wrong orders and the staff here is always very friendly. The store is always clean and you can find some good deals here if you know what to look for.

I’ve had two horrible experiences with CVS and every month my stomach is tied in knots knowing I have to call and leave a message and wonder if they are going to call back, have my prescription or if they are even going to fill it on the correct day if they do or if I am going to have to go without… which is unacceptable to me! Today I was literally shaking I was so upset at the situation unfolding and how rudely I was spoken to and I knew there was nothing I could do about it. It’s just not worth it any more having to deal with this one day a month and the last 4 months I have had to chose between getting a partial prescription and paying double the price or being out of my medication for a few days until the order comes in. Why? Why can’t they just keep it stocked? I don’t understand! I’

This pharmacy location is always busy; but I must say how friendly, helpful and patient the pharmacy staff are. I had a very pleasant experience picking up a prescription and was surprised at how courteous the pharmacy associate was, despite the number of customers in line in the store, in the drive through, and calling in. Since it’s a pharmacy, most customers are either sick, stressed, or both, and I’m sure we are not as patient as we are in other retail situations. I greatly appreciate the kindness of the staff, and I really like using the online service that sends a text when the prescription is ready for pick up. If you are new to this location, I would advise going inside to pick up. Even if the line looks long, the staff works quickly to get everyone through. The drive through is a

It is impossible to call CVS and be switched directly to the pharmacy. Instead, instead you have to talk to a robot and leave a callback number for CVS to call you back withion an hour. PObviously, CVS does not place much value on it's customers.
