It’s fun mixing coupons and deals and extra bucks and getting silly little things for free. Idk what happened with the advisory panel, I used to get extra bucks from that all the time. I guess my loyalty and extensive trials and reviews just isn't worth appreciation. Still love cvs though

Kelsi (tech), Kim (pharm manger) are very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and PETTY to disabled customer. I had 5 prescription called in before 9am, I called and left a request for call back at 9:45am, never got a call back.. I picked up my prescription at 10:20am and was told 3 were filled and ready, but the other 2 weren't ran through due to their error, was told to come back 2 hours later to pick up 1 script, and 8 hours later for the other. I expressed my displeasure at needing to make another trip and that I could wait in parking lot if they could work my scripts in before the 2 hours, was told no, I'm not the only patient they have, and I will need to wait.. I requested the mangers information and called Kim, she was equally as rude and didn't care, told me it was run through, but won't be fil

I met an angel at CVS. I live almost a hour from Greenville, but thanks to ordering issues at my local CVS I had to come to Greenville. It took longer than expected to get there and I arrived after the gates had already been closed at the pharmacy. The young man I spoke to on the phone with the pharmacy became an angel for my family. He made sure I got the medicine I needed so that my daughter wouldn't be sick this weekend. He was kind and compassionate, and was thorough in his job. He went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter got the medicine she needed so she wouldn't have to be sick. Thank you, I am so very grateful. Thank you sweet angel 😇 💗 💓

Team members are always friendly, polite and easy to ask for help. I am always greeted with positivity!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. At a counter with no one in line , I waited for someone to help me . Not one of the 3 working even acknowledged my presence . I continued to wait , after 10 minutes had passed without out a , we'll be right with you , I left , without my medication they hounded me to pick up two days in a row . That is not only rude , and unprofessional , it's also arrogant. I will take the time to move all of my business elsewhere. Willingness to be patient is one thing , but tolerance is another . CVS is busy , but so am I . I can flip a dime across the street to Walgreens where they actually answer their phone .
