Because Jackie was so helpful, friendly, and totally professional I will definitely shop at CVS way more often. She truly went above and beyond, finding out CVS doesn't carry a product I wanted, then looking it up and telling me who does carry it. She offered me rewards program when I checked out with her, and I signed up. Because of her, I had an extremely pleasant shopping experience. I'm a loyal Walgreens shopper, but now I will split my loyalty between them and CVS. Candice Waitkus

The automated phone service is a nightmare. Good luck trying to talk to an actual person when you have questions about prescriptions when they are CONSISTENTLY OUT OF STOCK. Worst experience I've regularly had when dealing with prescriptions. Don't waist your time.

I have real complaint about your automated phone service. I had to call 4 times to finally get to talk to a live person who was in the particular store I was calling to get a simple answer, like if you actually have a product in stock or there is someone working in the pharmacy. You could really improve your service if you immediately gave the caller the option to talk to a live person at the store they are calling. I'm about ready to transfer all my business to walgreens or the local pharmacy at least they'd answer the phone.

If you're a 'nice customer,' don't waste your time. They will take people who 'look mean' ahead of you, even if you checked in early (15 minutes)and have been waiting well before the 'mean' person even got there. CVS has spiraled downward since the Aetna acquisition, but I never felt so unvalued as a customer and a person as I did when I went to get my vaccinations today. The pharmacist apologized but flat stated that he took the other woman first because she "looked mean." Then, when I got to the front, the coupon didn't work. To be fair, the front counter staff tried to help, but after waiting so long (15 minutes past my appointment time, so 30 minutes total, because he hadn't checked the list and didn't realize I was there until the other customer checked in)for my vaccinations and bein

I am currently without medical insurance and the costs of the few medications I am on are so expensive to the point of ridiculousness. Comparing cost of the 3 major pharmacies in Claremore (I just moved here) I found CVS has, hands down, the best~lowest~prices. Not only that but the several times I picked up my meds I have never had to wait. (I went through the drive through.) The pharmacist (which has been the same pharmacist each time.) and the reps have been quick and friendly. I must say I was actually pleasantly surprised because I have been using a different pharmacy chain for years and it was stressful every month. The CVS here is such a nice change. Keep up the good work!
