Manager was incredibly condescending and rude about answering questions regarding a prescription transfer. Refused to answer questions or offer helpful guidance. Honestly, the worst experience I've had at a pharmacy. Please don't fulfill your prescriptions here if you have active health concerns or medical conditions that need attention to detail and care.

The CVS store on colerain avenue is absolutely friendly place to visit they're helpful in finding items you are looking for to buy. I highly recommend this location for shopping!

Staff in store and in Pharmacy are great. Deserve 5 star ...Severely understaffed. They still do a great job with what they got. Definetly could use Corp support. Great location and staff need support! & Raises considering what they do deal with on a daily basis. Corp support cost a star.

Online shopping is generally fast and easy. Orders are available for pickup pronto. The staff is courteous and helpful. Coupon discounts are great! Most times, it is easy to apply discounts without difficulty. I'm satisfied with the ability to shop quickly with ease.

I really hope corporate eventually reads these reviews and takes them seriously. I went to pick up my medication and they gave me a ridiculous runaround. I had already called earlier to make sure my medication was ready for pick up and processed through my insurance. The pharmacist there said their system did not reflect me having insurance despite all other locations being able to find my insurance, this one was closer so I figured I would go here. Big mistake and I should have read the reviews for this location. I walked in to pick up my meds and the tech takes my insurance card then walks around and picks up bins while he says he is waiting for it to be processed in the system. Never saw him enter it or anything so that tells me they already had it anyway. The pharmacist says my insur
