Cutz Plus Hair Salon

This shop is highly disappointing. I have attempted to go to this shop numerous times and the owner cannot seem to keep her doors open. On the building the shop says the close at 7. I have been to this shop multiple times around 4 and no one has been there. I have called plenty of times and no one can't ever seem to answer the phone. Today, I called this "shop" at 4:40 asking if I can be seen at 5:30 for something that takes all of 20 minutes to do. The owner, said to come in & mind you, I asked what time did she plan on closing today & she proceeded to laugh and said if she could now, she would. Pause..... what kind of business owner? Anyways.... I get there & she is absolutely no where to be found. I am calling her, meanwhile her employee is trying to reach her.... we. get. nothing.... I

I'm new to the area and was a welcomed walkin.. Ms. Janet treated me like family and took the best care to my hair and Comfort. Thank you sooo much and I LOVE MY HAIR!! Thank you for everything and I WILL BE BACK
