Cutting Up is a 10 year shop that's a very nice place to get your hair cut!!! It's clean and kid friendly!!! I've gotten compliment after compliment after every cut from my barber and childhood friend Herschal!!! So the next time you need a cut, stop in and tell them the guy with the big hoops😂 sent you👀!!!
Real nice clean old fashioned barber shop. They have rules and standards. One of the rules I do like, is you have to pull your pants up or no service. They have fast service. Sign the list and the next available barber will get you. Nice shop.
I came for a $10 haircut. Got clipped for $20 because there's a surcharge for anything besides a basic buzz cut, and left feeling like a victim. Now, I've been here before and received better for less. But this time, I would've done better going to a barber college. Sometimes less will cost you more. Make sure that your barber is focused on what he's supposed to be doing and hasn't been tasting limoncello shots with his previous clients before he calls you to his chair. NEXT!
Place is very bad, the service and wait is horrible. It's only good if you come by yourself because you schedule for a time thats open but then someone else will cut your spot just because they have been there longer. The cuts are average but prices are the only thing good with this place. Personally this place does not deserve the rating they have because staff even pause cuts just to talk to each other. Personally this place is a 2 star barber.
Came in so my son (toddler) could get a haircut. No real waiting area (just a small bench) so had to stand cus other kids were there. My son, like many toddlers, can't hold still. So he was messing with the vending machines. Not aggressively, but enough for me to tell him to stop and knock it off. One of the barbers (had dreadlocks) asks me if we're having problems with the vending machine. I tell him no i'm just keeping my kid away from it. He says "that is not a toy!" loudly and rudely. I'm a grown man, not a child. I know he was messing with the buttons but wasn't breaking anything and I admonished him for it previously. But for an employee to speak to a customer like that (who's been ignored to that point by the way)? Peace. Happy to give my money to someone else.
