Cutting Loose

Karen started cutting my hair for 3 years. I have never been unhappy with the results. The shop is small but comfortable. The prices are great. Highly recommend!!

NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever had a stylist request that I drive to their shop to get an estimate on a hair cut! For God sakes, I'm not having my car worked on! Called this salon and this guy/lady wanted me to drive 55 miles to their shop because he/she couldn't give me a base price on a haircut. I told him/her that my hair is above the collar and over the ears but I just want it shorter. He/she couldn't give me a price, not even a starting price! I have shared this with 6 business blogs so my complaint will reach over 400 people in this area. Hope this business goes out of business and leaves the salons with good customer service for the public.

I made an appointment several days in advance to cut my daughter's hair after reading many customer reviews. Karen cut my girl's hair. She was on time, friendly and professional. The haircut looks really good and the prices are very reasonable.

My go-to hair salon in Hamilton. I have loved everything they've done, from cuts to highlights. The service is amazing, the price is very reasonable, and the stylists are extremely friendly, professional, and polite. Highly recommend.

Sorry but people should know - four haircuts with 2 of them coming back to get the haircut 'fixed.' She doesn't do a thorough job; hair too heavy ... doesn't cut curly hair - should say so.
