If I could give 0 stars I would. I called before coming in asking if they knew how to do a burst fade and a gentleman told me they could, so I came in and an older lady helped me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done. She proceeded to shave both sides of my head down to the skin with no fade. Not at all what I asked for and it looks horrible. My fiancé called to inform them of this problem and was told that this lady isn’t experienced with clippers and the lady on the phone said “I don’t even know why she took him when she doesn’t have the experience with clippers”. Now I have to pay for another haircut and most likely shave my head. I will never step foot in this place again and I’m very disappointed with the service.
