Cutting Crew Hair Salon Palatine Bridge

My daughter and I just got out hair done there. Our stylist's name Hailey and Alyssa. These ladies are amazing. Extremely inviting, welcoming, and detailed oriented and upfront about costs how long it may have taken and letting us know the our process was going exactly it should. Very accommodating.

I booked a double lift and tone, along with a haircut. The service started off great — Alyssa is incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely skilled. She did everything she could to make sure the process went smoothly. The issue began when we were halfway through the service and approaching closing time. Closing time is 8 PM, and because of the type of service I booked, we ran past that — through no fault of mine or Alyssa’s. I arrived on time, Alyssa worked efficiently, and the process simply takes longer than the company chooses to slot. Despite this, Alyssa was fully willing to stay and complete the service properly. Instead of supporting her stylist or prioritizing the client experience, Alyssa’s manager, Kim, told her she had to be out by 9 PM — which was only eight minutes from the ti

Pretty disappointed.. My daughter went in there ready for a “big” Haircut. She wanted it short. She’s been asking me for short hair for forever. I let the woman know this and showed her the picture that my daughter chose. She said are you sure? that’s pretty short! And we said yes. She kept asking, and we kept telling her that she wanted it short in the back and long in the front. She insisted that it was going to be too short and she was afraid she wouldn’t like it. No, my child did not have her big voice that day, was shy, and in the end when I said “didn’t you want it shorter?” She timidly said “it’s fine” It is NOTHING like what we asked for. I’m not even sure what she did. Even if she kept it longer than we asked, the style isn’t ANYTHINT like what we asked for!!!!! Extremely disap

Very good place! The few times I was there was great! Anthony was my stylist and he was amazing! Hes straightforward with everything dosent try to beat around the bush, hes very fun to talk to when getting your hair done and he also does what you want done with your hair. Hes amazing i reccomend this place! 10/10
