Cutting Crew Hair Salon Ontario

This place is so poorly managed. One person in the whole place to cut hair, answer phones, and work the front desk. I was 5 minutes early, walked out after a half hour of waiting and no acknowledgement. They'll charge you 25% for being late, but have no problem wasting your time once you're there. I have booked this place twice out of pure convenience and proximity. I will go out of my way to get better service, I suggest you do the same.

Rose did such a great job with my hair! She was very kind and explained each step of the process. She went over all the possible outcomes and what we could do instead if we couldn’t get my hair as light as I was looking for. She paid close attention to detail and was very thorough! I would love to get my hair done with her again!

Leah, Is a fantastic hairdresser and manager. She has really turned Cutting Crew store around and brought in more hairstylist which they needed. By advertising, word of mouth and good service Leah has increased the clientele that comes into CUTTING CREW. . She’s doing outstanding job and I can’t say enough about her. My daughter and I also loved our haircuts and highlights we get done every 6-7 weeks and will continue to use her. Way to go Leah keep up the great work! The customer service that you offer is amazing because you go above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!! I hope you stay there because they have had so many mangers leave there. I went to the salon today for a bang trim. Showed three pictures of what I wanted, the stylist asked me “long wispy bangs into a curtain bang?” I sad yes. She asked “right below the eye brows” I said yes. She then proceeded to cut my hair, I ended up leaving with micro bangs straight across my forehead. I cried for 3 hours and will never be returning. I’d add photos but I’m too embarrassed of what it looks like.
