Cutting Crew Hair Salon Oneonta

I booked my appointment a couple of months ago with Jureya she cancelled on me at the last moment and I was taken in by another lady, which I didn't mind even though she didn't as good of a job. I scheduled an appointment last week for today at 2:30pm and Jureya cancelled on me again last month. One of the representatives called me in the morning to notify me that Jureya won't be available and I rescheduled my appointment with another lady for today at 1:30pm. I show up as always 5 minutes my appointment. No one at the front desk even bothers to acknowledge me. 10 minutes past my scheduled 1:30pm appointment and still no one says a word to me or even acknowledges my presence. I scheduled an appointment for a full head of color, but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication and I was mistakenly booked for a root touch-up instead. While I was understandably disappointed, I remained calm and polite, as I know misunderstandings can happen. However, the situation quickly escalated when the front desk associate, Lisa, responded to me in an extremely unprofessional and verbally aggressive manner. I was shocked by how I was being verbally attacked for a misunderstanding, especially considering that I never raised my voice or acted rudely or even complained. My stylist was extremely impersonal. Didn't say "hello" or welcome me to the salon, just asked if I was ready. Answered the salon's phone during my cut and spent too much time talking about her dating life with whomever was on the other end of the call. Came back and offered no apology for the delay.

Lisa, our hairdresser for the last two years and manager, has seemingly given minimal effort the last few appointments. When we arrive, she has an unwelcoming demeanor, and I don't think I've ever been welcomed in with a smile and a simple good morning. First thing she will ask is "whose going first"? When they turned around to leave I said hello and said I oh no guess we might not get in. They told me only appointment is for 6:00 and it was too late for them but hopefully it was good for me.
