Great customer service! Did a walk in color, I had black box dye on before and wanted to go a dark plum. I deducted a star because my roots and ends are two different colors and it's very hard to see the plum if at all on my ends. I would go back as the pricing is affordable and benny was truly amazing! Hopefully next time I'll be able to achieve a more all over even color
