This is the best place to get a haircut in CWE!! Jill was able to take me on a last-minute appointment and she gave me an amazing haircut! And also I was able to get a student discount with my WashU badge! And on top of all that, I got to enjoy a complimentary beer!!! There is nothing else to say, this is definitely my new go to place!

First off, I want to start by saying I am not the guy to do this but after the haircut that I got at this place I feel that it is quite necessary to warn others who may potentially go here. Don't get me wrong, the staff here were very kind. However, the haircut that I received was absolutely horrendous. I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible it was that bad. My regular lady was out of town for the week, so I figured I would try Cutters and Co. thinking it would be a safe alternative. I was quite wrong on this. I asked for a 2 on the back and sides of my head and a trim on top, a very simple request for a haircut I would say. The haircut was so bad that I genuinely think I could go in front of a mirror and give myself a better trim than I received here. The blending of my hair

When I scheduled my appointment, I set it for 11:20. I didn't get in the chair until 11:32 and when I did I showed the lady what I wanted, the first thing she said was "oh no that looks unattractive" "it won't look good you" "it looks like a mushroom" and she kept insisting on doing my hair her way and not how I wanted it, also every time she wanted me to move/tilt my head she would push instead of ask. In short I got a completely different haircut than I wanted, what i asked for a textured french crop, which is not a hard haircut, but what I got was a sidepart/comb-over with no fade just the same length all around. I'm not coming here again

Visited for the first time. Appointment booking is super easy and got a nice and quick haircut from Katie. Very efficient and they customize the haircut to how you would like it. Prices are reasonable and the place is super accessible for CWE residents. Communication is also very prompt and effective.
