Been taking my family here for years. The shop looks great & the stylists are really nice. My kids love our stylist. Would recommend!

I have a lot of curly hair that gets that triangle shape. I believe I had Natalie cut my hair and she did amazing! My curls sit nicely without that triangle shape. Thanks, love the cut!

I have very long, thick and curly hair, I also just came directly from a 9 hour shift, the Stylist complained the entire time and repeatedly made snide remarks about my hair, she was very rude and she made me feel belittled and unwelcomed. Also, price was said to be $25 for a cut, shampoo and style but with longer or thicker hair "slightly higher" I was charged $50 double the price. Definitely do not recommend.

Went at 5:00 pm to get my 2 kids and my haircut. Sign posted said they were open until 6:30. I walked in and saw 2 staff working currently doing haircuts but no waiting. I was asked how may haircuts and I said 3. I was told they couldnt do it cause they were closing at 5:30 for an emergency… don’t believe it as other people have been told the same. I’m a guy and it takes 10 mins to cut my hair and my kids since we have short hair. I think the customer service is poor and their not dependable which is sad cause there is only a few places to get haircuts in Smithville. Just a poorly staffed business.

Wonderful staff! They engage in conversation just makes your time there fly by. They do get busy though. It's best to try and make an appointment because they accept walk-ins. Which is super convenient at times. All and all a wonderful place for a haircut!
