Cuts Plus

Very disappointed in this location. I went in for a simple haircut. I asked the stylist to trim the dead ends. The service took less than 5 minutes in total, which was the quickest I have ever had a hair cut. I get home and notice that it is now jagged edges and looks awful. I am so disappointed with this and would not recommend this place at all.

Been here a couple times as a walk in. Didn't wait too long and they were nice. Would recommend.

Took my 10yr old today for a quick cut. It’s un even all the way around. I could have done better by putting a bowl on his head and cutting around it Typically use 858Hair but they don’t have availability and was in a rush to get done before we go out of town. Next time will wait for 858 or just get the bowl out myself and do it

I think my stylist was drunk!! I could actually smell alcohol on her breath! She was acting erratic and pulled at my hair. She also was cursing like a sailor and talking about her cat that was at the vet. NEVER AGAIN!!

I made an appt and went in for low lights yesterday. I stressed 3 or 4 times that I wanted a brown to offset my blonde hair but I wanted the end result to still show the blonde as the main color and I wanted THIN strands of the brown. She said she understood but my hair turned out predominately dark with areas of blonde only at the root because the brown color did not go all the way to my head. She stressed they were short handed and said she initially thought about changing my appt?? The other lady was doing walk--ins but was very unprofessional- basically yelling- it's at least a 45 min wait when clients entered.
