The staff and everyone were kind initially, I came in asking for a shag haircut, I showed two stylists 2 different pictures but similar I tried to tell them what I liked soeficially and try to see what we could do with my length but instead they told me to just sit down, etc there was a weird vibe the whole time very quite, I tried making small talk but she seemed not to understand my asking "how is your day going" so I stopped, I had asked multiple times if she had experience with curly hair and if she could do the cut I requested. They spoke Spanish in front of me as if they assumed I didnt understand what they were saying, im not saying they cant speak in whatever language they want but dont assume others cant understand whats being said just because they are more comfortable in English

My experience with Laura was amazing. I went in to get a trim and I loved my results. She took her time asking questions and I really appreciated that. I have natural curly hair and I felt comfortable once she got started. Thank you Laura for your services. I will be going back soon.

Laura has done my hair for the past three years. The first time I went in my hair was red .I wanted it ash blonde she did a great job took all the red out. The ash blonde on my hair was beautiful just the way I wanted it. Her first priority is always her customers satisfaction.
