It’s hard to find someone who knows what they are actually doing. I’ve had so many mediocre to poor haircuts since moving to the beach in 2000. I found Kelly on Yelp and decided to give her a try since all of the previous places I’ve tried have failed me! Excellent service with a very friendly disposition!
