Cutlass Cuts

Booked on the app for my son’s Easter haircut. I had never booked on there before . It was confirmed . Then rescheduled. On the app you can ask questions in the messaging part , so I asked what the barbers name would be cutting my son’s hair . They didn’t answer, which is weird because it would have been my first time there and in case the shop was busy I wanted to know who and by what name to address. Anyway when we got there ,he said that he cancelled us , but I have the text that looked like he put us back on the schedule for 10:30am He seemed like he didn’t want to cut his hair —so I asked if he wanted us to leave. He told us we could go somewhere else . And his reasoning was because I asked his name on the app. I came from west county for a black barber and this is how he treated u

I called the night before and gentleman told me he doesn’t cut straight hair and I have curly hair he told me to check out online on what kinds of styles of cuts they do and I did I get a fade and a little off the top which I told the gentleman this morning when I showed up for my appointment he said he didn’t have the skills to do so that I have straight hair I clearly have curl hair they wasted my time he said this isn’t a great clips style hair cut I use clippers… which is totally fine and a 30 minute drive DO NOT RECOMMEND THEYLL WASTE YOUR TIME P.S I didn’t admit it was my fault he told me to check out online in regards to what styles they do that he might not be the barber I’m looking for and I was looking for a fade well apparently he couldn’t do it on curly hair and turned me away
