Cutie Nails salon

Went in as a walk in expecting to wait, but was helped immediately by Sam. She did an amazing job and was super friendly and gentle compared to a lot of other salons I've been to. She also surprised me with heart designs for Valentines day! I will definitely come back to get my nails filled in a couple weeks!

Very poor customer service the The gentleman in there that claimed he was, the owner was very rude and very obnoxious started to yell at us and he was getting very loud first time being out here in flagstaff and we are trying to get service and pay the $44 that we went in there with a very good attitude, n the guy decided to get very rude and loud cause we ask him to not scratch my nail two other customers that were in there, we’re very rude, knowing that we didn’t start nothing and started opening her mouth which she should have if they would’ve saw how the owner got very rude. They should’ve known who was in the right I will not ever get to this place I do not recommend nobody to come here. This will be added to social media and anywhere else because this guy was very rude use the wron

Went in for a fix & fill with new colors. Wanted something with fall vibes and I'm obsessed! I didn't get his name but he did absolutely amazing and my nails turned out better than expected for the colors I chose. They remind me so much of the leaves turning 🍁🍂 the pictures really don't do them justice. Green is color 101, red is color 628. Definitely will be back next time I'm in Flagstaff.

Today was my first time going to this salon and I had a great experience! Sam did a beautiful cat eye design on my nails—quickly and efficiently. They look amazing, and the whole team was so kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for quality nail work and great service!

10/10 attention to detail and great customer service! My girlfriend and I have been regulars for months and they have the same care and compassion everytime we come in no matter the cause! Would definitely come here for your nail needs!
