They rush and make you feel bad for advocating for good service. I left with glue all of over my nails and after a week I need a refill. My original nails were not cut down short enough but anytime I’d say anything blame was placed on me. Horrible service the guy yelled at me and said my nails were too sensitive bc he filed them with so much pressure. When I noticed my nails were smudged after not drying completely they had an issue with fixing it, said nothing is wrong so I tried to take a picture and they snatched my hand out of camera view and proceeded to fix it. My only positive reaction is that the design is cute.

My first appointment at CUTIE-CLE Nails & Spa was a BLESSING! Susan , my nail technician took her time , very gentle, and is a PERFECTIONIST! The owner and the other employees are very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait until my next appointment, what a TREASURE ! Thank you.

Cutie-cle Nails and Spa is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Today I had my nails done by Lily and she was the sweetest. I highly recommend the whole salon. I’ve been coming here probably about 2 ish years now and don’t plan on going anywhere else! If you have not tried them you are missing out!

I have come 3 times now and have been disappointed 2/3 of those times. For $65 nails, you shouldn’t leave disappointed. Shaping is $5 extra, French is $10 extra- and looks sloppy. I am a bit embarrassed by the way my nails look, and extremely disappointed I spent so much money on them. Everyone is nice , but their work isn’t giving reasons to come back.

This is the only nail salon I've been to that prioritizes my nail health and comfort. My nails are always beautiful and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I get acrylics usually with complex art designs and charms and have never broken or lost a nail or charm. Andy is the best!
