My gel mani was done horribly and rushed. Gel application was lumpy and uneven. She missed painting the sides of a couple nails and when I pointed it out, she filed more of my nail down instead of putting a new layer of polish down to correct the error. My nail is now sore and overfiled. She also cut the cuticle too deep and made me bleed. I'm truly disappointed and really upset with all this.

Rude staff, bad service. I got my nails done here because one of my nails broke. I dont know what bonding technique they used, but it broke after 2 days. I came back, and just asked to fix one nail. They asked me to sit, and after 30m they finally put the remover, and another 30m went by, no one even attended me nor give me an update on how long they are going to take. When i tried to get their attention, the woman just giggles at me. The nail they fixed was sloppy, surface was uneven, color was patchy. Terrible service, worst nail place in the neighborhood.

Staff is very friendly. Salon is clean. I prefer Friday mornings, no wait. My "no polish" manicure is perfect every time. And the massages - all of them are great there!
